hello! I am student of final year, procuring bachelors degree in pharmacy. I want to know that what are the new notifications or any new info. regarding admission in m-pharma 2010 ?

From the year 2010 gate will not be held for m.pharma.

A new All India entrance is been introduce for it, naming Graduate Pharmaceutical Aptitude Test (GPAT 2010) for scholarships/admission to MPharm programmers’ in Pharmaceutical Sciences will be conducted by National Monitoring Committee under the banner of AICTE. More details regarding this can be found at the websites of MS University Baroda and AICTE.


It is sure that NIPER will conduct CET for admission to its MBA pharma.

you have to give common entrance test for m.pharm in the state where you want to do m.pharmacy

there are many institutes for this course...you will have to give their respectice exams...

For admission to M.PHARMA you have to write in the new exam beingg going to be conducted this year instead of GATE on may2010 THAT is GPAT

m.pharma can be done by giving the cet exam or gpat can also be given this year so fill it .....

in order to facilitate admission of Pharmacy graduates in M.Pharm as also to award fellowships/scholarships to Pharmacy graduates, AICTE decided to organize and conduct an examination in the name of Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test (GPAT) with effect from academic year 2010-11.

Date of GAPT 2010 Examination---- 2nd May 2010

The GPAT-2010 examination will consist of a single paper of 3 hours duration containing 100 questions carrying a maximum of 100 marks. The question paper will consist of only multiple choice objective-type questions. Each question will have four choices for the answer.

The latest rule is that Exam GATE is not held for m pharma.......

from this year gate exam is not applicabe for m.pharma
for this you should give the exam GPAT 2010.

There are lots of opportunities in MSc in biotech like many companies are hiring biotech professional for pharma type of companies
also specific fields of bpharma like anti bodies,drugs antidotes are fast evolving for doing mpharma

What should I do to get into a B.Pharma?
Pursue your healthcare graduate degree online.
B.pharm is a very good career option. It is a four years undergraduate course. The minimum eligibility is class 12th science pass.

Eligibility:

To get into B.Pharm at first you need to complete your 12th class education with science stream with minimum 45% marks.
Then you will need to give some state level or national level pharmacy entrance exam and Crack them with good rank.
Some universities also has their own entrance exam and some of them admitted student based on their 12th class score.
The another way is at first you need to complete your two years D.Pharm course and will get admission directly in the 2nd year of B.Pharm through some entrance exam.
