i am last year of mca student

You are eligible to seek admission to both M.Tech and Ph.D program. Admission to M.Tech is done on the basis of GATE score. For Ph.D admission, you need to qualify the selection process of the concerned University. In most cases there will be written exam and interview. Qualifying NET exam will also help you have lectureship in reputed colleges.
