If you want to get the job in BHEL, than first thing is that you have to fill the GATE exams forms.
GATE exam is conducted by IIT

Bhel shortlists candidates on the basis of GATE scores.
Only Shortlisted candidates are called for Interview.
In the Final Selection GATE score is given 75% weightage and 25 % weightage is given to interview performance.
