i want to join in some job in good companies. hOW to get a job with ece backdground

dear friend,
you have not mentioned that in which field you want to get a job.
If you want to get a job in software sector after your graduation then you have to increase your soft skill's like - communication , personality, politeness, behavior, leadership quality etc.
Beside this you have to take preparation in Aptitude test.. You have to do lots of practice..
After clearing the aptitude test you have to go though the interview session.. In which the soft skill is needed..

If you want to get a job in core field then you have to appear in written test exams of those core companies..
If you get selected in written test then they will call you for interview..
to get a job in good core companies you have to clear your concept on your subject..
you must have a good technical knowledge...

so, now you decide in which field you want to go..

You should have good communication skills
You should have a good overall academic record
You should take part in extra curricular activites of college
Short term courses on core subjects will help you excel in the field
