this is very easy procedure to apply for USA universities.Just choose your university through website and aply them with your GMAT and IELTS.If you meet their criteria they will call you and parallely you can apply for visa in US embassy.

As you want to pursue PhD in Business administration you should take your GMAT test and try to get a good score.
