Candidates who wants to join Merchant Navy after 10th , will have to complete pre sea training for completing the required 36 months of sea time to be eligible for 3rd officer / 4th Engineer examination.

And as you have passed 10th with 67% marks, of course you are eligible to apply for Navy .

You can also apply for Merchant Navy after 12th class too and for this you need to pass 12th with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics subjects.
