Hello Arjun,
A graduate in any discipline is eligible for Civil service exam.
The candidate should have attained the age of 21 years and should not be over 30 years. (relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC).

dear friend,

During your B.Tech, you can't appear in Civil services examinations.

But after completion of your degree, you will be eligible for writing civil services examination.

So, kindly complete your B.Tech degree, then think about civil services exams, but you can start preparation from now, as you can prepare for the Prelims test of civil services.

good luck.
