i took be +me course in civil branch in andhra university i dont know weather that certificate is valuable than b tech or not and if i want to go for software jobs in future can i go for them will foreign companies will select me for software jobs

There lots of software short term courses which you can do..After completing them you will get enough knowledge to enter into the IT sector and work on software technoloy and make your career in software department. And you can excel in your future as software department is great in private sector in india.
