I am priti bramhankar. I have completed BE(ENTC) with higher 2nd class in 2011 but I want to improve my class. Can I apply for the same.

Yes, you can do that but it is a total waste of time as you need to again invest a year to do so. There are many more options available for you right now and they are:
1. Higher studies, you can do this by preparing for the GATE exam and opting for a good college.
2. Join coaching class for improving your skills and getting placement.
3. Take up a job in a start up company, usually they only see the knowledge rather than your score.
