Hr interview round is generally the initial phase of selection process.While introducing yourself to the interviewer include your first name and last name. Make sure interview must be very precise one which should include your name, place from which you belong, from where have you passed your degree,your mother and father name and their occupation,about your brother and sister,last but not the least about your hobbies.
Other things that you must keep in mind while going for HR round that:
1.Power dressing i.e. try to dress yourself in formals of sobber colours.
2.Make a firm handshake with interviewer and let the interviewer take the lead.
3.Eye contact is must while questioning and answering session as it reflects your confidence.
4.Ask question to interviewer if you get chance as it will show your interest in job and that organisation.
