how to introduce myself to the hr.
because in many of the interviews i faced this question.

This will be the first question in many of the Interviews. You should have to introduce yourself. Prepare yourself in such a manner that you are able to introduce yourself from 2-15 minutes.

You have to keep on explaining about yourself till the Interviewer say stop.

Start with your name and then the place from where you have come. Followed by your academic details in the sense your lower level studies and the colleges in which you have completed and it is also better to mention the percentage of marks you secured.

Reveal the percentage of marks only when you have good academic record. Otherwise just skip this.

Then say something about your family like the number of persons in your family, what they do.

After this, you can express your work experience if any. The organization which you have worked and the last CTC you have drawn from the organization and ther KRA of your job.

Generally you can expect your salary 30% more than the previous job. Later on, say something about your acheivements like awards received at college level, any programs that you have organized, seminars and conferences which you have attended.

Then you can explain your hobbies and goals like short term goal and long term goal.

While introducting yourself, mention your strengths which will best suit to the job that you have applied for.

Practice at home first.
You must start with you name and general but limited details of your residential place etc.

Then tell your grades in school only if they seem reasonable to be told or they are appropriate in context with the job.

DON'T EVER press your buttons, put your hand on the back of head, speak with eyes down, make too long pauses.
However, your introduction should be proper in terms on speech qualities. Have pauses in between, smile a little, become serious when it comes to qualities. Crack a suitable jock only if it is a good and tidy one.

You should only tell about your qualities and capabilities. No one comes to interview for discussing his inabilities for the job.

Work experience should be told. Expected salary should be told with simplicity without showing that you are nor too worried nor too relaxed about the matter of money.

All qualities of leadership should be told skipping the simple ones. Like I was the captain of Discipline committee for a week in 10 class- should be skipped.

If you are not asked to stop, don't stammer or behave like you are just burdened by speaking for a few minutes more. End with saying that how you are apt for the job. A broad smile should follow!

The most often question asked in interview.
You have to prepared a short statement in your mind , be careful it does not sound rehearsed. limit it to work related items unless instructed otherwise.
talk about your last job in which you are working , if as you are a fresher then about your course what you have done.

most important thing at the time of answering don't put your head down stand straight look front & then answer.

So, make the answer in a way in which they want to see you, which will fulfill their needs..

2.Tell about your EDUCATION.
3.Emphasize your INTERESTS and PASSIONS.
4.Highlighting the ACHIEVEMENTS in your life.
5.Speak about WORK EXPERIENCE, LEADERSHIP, CAMPUS ACTIVITIES.
6.Show how your experiences make you the perfect candidate for the company.
7.If you are a fresher no need to mention work experience.Instead of work experience tell about your PROJECTS WORK in detail.

See my friend it is very common question and it was generally asked by the interviewer when you will face the interview.It was asked at the beginning.According to this answer a interviewer can gather knowledge and have an impression to you i.e. i want to mean that the interviewer can understand that what kind of candidate you are.
Here I have mentioned that how to answer such kind of question.

1.Tell us about yourself.

Start from your education and give a brief coverage of previous experiences. Emphasise more on your recent experience explaining your job profile. What do you think of your boss? Put across a positive image, but don't exaggerate. Sum up your work experiences with your abilities and emphasise your strongest qualities and achievements. Let your interviewer know that you will prove to be an asset to the company. How much money do you want? Indicate your present salary and emphasise that the opportunity is the most important consideration. Do you prefer to work in a group? Be honest and give examples how you've worked by yourself and also with others. Prove your flexibility.

Always start with like this : My name is Mr./Mrs. ,not myself.

2. Tell me about yourself?

I am down-to-earth, sweet, smart, creative, industrious, and thorough. Then explain all the above key word and how it is appropriate to you.

* First greet them. Then tell your name.
* Then you must tell your age. You are from.
* After which you can tell about your family. Father's, mother's name and occupation and about siblings.
* About the 10th,12th and the graduation.
* The project which you have done at final year. Using applications or programming languages.
* You can tell about your computer courses which you have done.
* About your hobbies.
* If you have any experience say about that.
* Area of Interest eg: C,C++ and Java
