How to join indian army after finishing 10th

I am sorry to say that you are not eligible to make entry into Indian Army soon after completion of your 10th class. Because the minimum academic qualification with which a candidate can make entry into Indian Army is by completion of 12th class with any of the stream from a recognized institute.

For this, the candidate has to crack NDA Exam which is going to be condudcted by UPSC twice a year.

If the candidate has got through the written exam, he will be called for Interview. A mere qualifying in Interview, the candidate has to go through the medical test.

After fulfilling physical requirements also, the candidate will be given admission to join in Indian Army.

In order to be eligible for NDA Exam, one should be in the age group of 16 1/2 years to 19 years.

Apart from this, one should be an unmarried male candidate to take up this exam.

So, I suggest you to join in 12th class with any of the stream and take NDA Exam in the final year of your 12th class.

If you have attempted NDA Exam in the final year of your 12th class, you should be able to show the proof of passing in 12th class when you appear for Interview.

Then please go through these criteria details below :

1.Academic qualification :
The candidate should complete 12th standard examination

2.Age limitation :
The age of the candidate must be within 16.5 to 19 years.

3.Nationality :
The candidate must be an Indian

4.Eyesight criteria :
Eyesight of the candidate must be 6/6.

5.Height criteria :
The height of the candidate should be minimum 165 cm.

I am sorry to say that you can't join Indian Indian Army after passing 12th..
After this you have to qualify the N.D.A exam..

N.D.A exam is conducted by U.P.S.C twice in a year.

After qualifying N.D.A exam you can join Defence services like:-
> Army
> Air Force
> Navy

Eligibility criteria:-
> Pass 12th with recognized university
> Age limit:-16.5-19 year.
> Must be citizen of India
> Medically fit

There are three steep of selection:-
> Written Exam
> Interview
> Medical exam

After completion of your 10th standard you are applicable for Indian Army exam. But the post are-
1)Constable
2)Cook
3)Driver

Also you are applicable for CISF ,CRPF ,BSF ,ITBP etc post.

Every state recruit the Police Force , here you are applicable.

If you have completed your 12th standard then you are eligible for NDA exam.

NDA stands for National Defence Academy .This exam is conducted by UPSC twice time in a year.

Those candidate have completed 12th standard with science departments are applicable for NDA exam.

Commerce students are applicable only for Indian Airforce Exam.

Your age should be in between 16.5 to 19 years.There are no age relaxation criteria for SC/ST criteria.

Only unmarried male candidate are applicable for NDA exam.Also you must have citizenship of India.

CAN I JOIN AFTER 10

Why there is no chance to join in Indian Arm after the completion of 10th class though I got good marks in 10th exam.

you can not applicable for Indian Army, because criteria of Indian army you should complete class 12th with any stream from any recognized university.
and after class 12th you can give the NDA exam and select in Indian army.
NDA exam is conducted by UPSC.

To join indian army :
1 you must pass xii(min. 55% aggregate marks % in english above 55%).
2. Fill the form from newspaper or from employment newspaper
3. For nda get upsc form from post office(main) fill it . This exam happens two times in a year. Firstly you have to qualify the exam after you have to give a ssb interview. If you pass this then you have a medical test(to check your physical status) after clearing it you recommended

afer 12th u have to qualify the N.D.A examination conducted by U.P.S.C twice in a year.
i think all the procedure is given below by other persons,but i want to tell u
some other important tips:-
1.read news paper daily with concentration and note down the important content.
2.another thing which is most requird in NDA is physical appearance so do execise daily and raise ur stamina towards ur goal.
3.solve the previous yr question paper.
4.aptitude is very important so do hard work within timing.

For You kind information, you can no join India Army after completing only 10th standard. To join Indian Army you have to pass 12th standard in any stream/subjects.

After that you will be eligible for Indian Army & can join Indian Army through NDA entrance exam conducted by UPSC.

NDA:- Nation Defence Academy
UPSC:- Union Public Service Commission


For NDA your Age Should be in between 16.5 to 19 years & should be unmarried Male candidate. To join Indian Army you should be Indian citizen.
