How to join PSI after BSc Chemistry?

You can apply for the post of PSI (Police Sub-Inspector) after completion of your B.Sc (Chemistry). PSI Recruitment is done tgrough entrance exam which is conducted by each State PSC (Police Service Commission).

Eligibility For PSI
- You must hold qualification of graduation in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Your age should be between 21 to 30 years.

Required Physical Standards
- Height : Minimum 165 cms for Men and 150 cms for Women
- Weight : It should be corresponding to Height
- Chest : Minimum 80 cms without expansion and 85 cms with expansion for Men

- Preliminary Exam
- Main Exam
- Physical Fitness Test
- Interview

PSI Exam Syllabus
- General Knowledge & Current Affairs
- Mental Ability
- History
- Geography
- General Science
- Logical and Numerical Reasoning
- English & Comprehension
- Local Language

Physical Fitness Test
- Running : 800 Meters
- Pull Ups : 8 No's
- Shot Put
- Long Jump : 4.5 meters

MPSC PSI Exam Dates
- Preliminary Exam : 12/03/2017
- Result of Preliminary Exam : 18/05/2017
- Online Application For Main Exam : 18th May to 1st June, 2017
- Issue Admit Card : 12/06/2017
- MPSC Main Exam : 25/06/2017
