PCGPA : previous CGPA
PTC : previous total credit hours.

ITS VERY SIMPLE........JUST GO BY THE SIMPLE MATHEMATICAL FORMULAE

9.0/(topper's cgpa)*4 = ur gpa

To calculate CGPA and PGA following formula are used..

where Ai,i=1,2,.....,n and Bi,i=1,2,......,n is credit hours and grade points respectively..

and
PCGPA = previous CGPA,
PTC = previous total credit hours

With CGPA we cannot able to find GPA. GPA is for a particular semester. CGPA is for all semester.

I am pursuing b.tech in cse.
My first year cgpa was 7.22
My second year cgpa was 8.04
My third year cgpa was 7.885
My 7th sem is going now..
