There is no need to calculate the days to become a software engineer. To be eligible to become a Software Engineer, you should have passed Bachelor's degree course in Information Technology/ Computer Science course from a Government recognised university. You have to apply for Campus recruitment drives conducted by various companies, you should have good Aptitude, Subject Knowledge and Communication skills to crack the interview for getting a job as a Software Engineer.
