Staff Selection Commission conducts Combined Graduate Level examination. The eligibility criteria for this exam is:

>>Candidate must have done bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university. You can apply for SSC CGL examination after Master of Business Administration.

>>The age limit is 18-27 years. Upper age relaxation applicable to candidates of reserved category.

You can join preparation course for SSC CGL. Institutes which offer 9-12 months of preparatory course are Mahindra Classes, Paramount Academy, KD Campus, Career launcher. In this course, they will teach you fundamentals as well as practice exercises for better performance in exam.

For Banking sector you need to target IBPS exams and SBI exam.Recruitent by both of the organisation is done every year,So you can appear for the exam.
>>Age: 20-30years (for clerk posts 28 years maximum age)
Note:Age relaxation for reserved category applies.
>>Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
IBPS conducts exam for PO,Clerk,RRB(PO and clerk),Specialist officers.
While SBI conducts exam for PO,Clerk and Specialist officers.
Both the exam have 2 stage of written exam.
1.Preliminary Examination
2.Main Examination
Note:For officer post there is interview too.

For SSC exam the educational qualification is same as that of Bank exam.
>>Age:18-27 years(Some posts have 30 year age limit)
Note:Age relaxation for reserved category applies.
This has also 2 tier of examination for general posts and 3 tier for some specific posts.Interview is there for officer level (Group B) post and no interview for Clerical Staff.
1.Preliminary examination:
4 section,Quantitative Aptitude,Reasoning Ability,English And Genral Studies
2.Main Examination
Quantitative Aptitude and English.
3.For specific posts only Statistics paper.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
