How to apply for internship in this year 2016 if i am a B.tech mechanical student who is living in jharkhand? I am in my final year.

You seems to be in an Engineering college, if it is so, then you can ask for the help for your college as they will provide you help in getting your training application form.

Once, you get your training application form in the name of the institute you want to do internship for, then only you will be able to get into that institute.

So, after filling your application form, you need to apply for the NOC in favor of the company you are going to do internship.

After all these things, you need to attach your latest and updated resume and send it to the concerned institute.
