There is absolutely no percentage of marks required for bank P.O. exam for any category of candidate as conducted by SBI and IBPS(institute of Banking Personal Selection) but some private banks required 60% or above marks criteria in Graduation level for P.O. job.
The eligible candidate aspiring for SBI & IBPS bank P.O. exam, must be an Indian National having either appear for the final Graduation Degree exam or pass in any stream from a recognised University within the age of 21 to 30 years with upper age relaxation for reserved candidate with good knowledge over computer operation. Eligibility criteria for Bank PO:-
Candidate should be Indian. Age: Minimum 20 Years; Maximum 30 Years OBC: 3 years relaxation Educational qualification A degree in any discipline from a recognized University or any equivalent . |

There is no percentage criteria if you are applying for IBPS Bank PO exam.
You should be just a Graduate in any discipline with pass marks. Percentage criteria is not there in Government bank jobs. The selection is based on the performance in the objective type paper and personal interview. And your graduation marks will not be counted in selection. There is age relaxation available for OBC category which will be of 3 years . Means you can give exam till 33 years of age for IBPS PO. For more information please visit http://www.ibps.in |

For OBC candidates or any other category candidates, the percentage required to apply for the bank PO exam is 60%. So if you have a percentage of 60% and above throughout your academics then you will be eligible to apply for the exam. In order to appear for the IBPS PO exam you will require the following eligibility:-
Age:- >>Your minimum age should be 18 years. >>Your age should not be above 28 years. Educational qualification:- >>You must be passed out in Graduation from any stream. >>Your degree should be recognized from the state/central university. Percentage required:- >>In order to appear in this exam your minimum marks should be 60%. >>If you belong from the SC/ST then only your minimum marks should be 50%. Hi friend........
There is no percentage required for the IBPS Bank PO. But some private banks need the 60% of marks. So dont worry about the marks to eligible for the IBPS PO. You should complete the Graduation from any recognized university. All the best........ |

If you have 60% marks in graduation level you can eligible for IBPS PO exam. 19 banks are recruit the candidates in there banks basis of IBPS exam.
