First of all you should conduct an in-depth analysis regarding the company for which you are attending the recruitment process. You should make your knowledge in the technical areas strong and also should have good general awareness. The recruitment process will be different for different companies. If there is a written test, you should prepare by referring the previous year question papers. You should build in high confidence to attend the personal interview also.
