join a 1 year coaching for GATE..there are many good coaching centres like Made Easy,etc which can help u a lot in cracking GATE..u can give the GATE exam..any number of times u want..if u don't want to take coaching then buy study material of any good coaching institute..all the best

After completion of B.Tech you want to go for M.tech course..
Then you can go for it..
To crack the exam you must have a vast technical knowledge..
Study throughly the text book, clear all your doubts regarding the technical papers...
Make a strong base..try to gather more knowledge in technical subjects..
For that you have to also study reference books..
You have to do lots of practice to solve the questions...
Beside taking preparation in technical subjects you have to take preparation in aptitude questions..Because in GATE exam you have to also solve aptitude question..
So, practice aptitude questions as much possible..
You can solve previous year questions to get an idea about the question pattern..
There are lots of coaching institutes are also , those are providing tuition for GATE exam..It will help you to prepare for GATE exam..

Through clearing gate exam you can enter in different IIT's and NIT's. for cracking gate exam you have to do labor hard.
Clearing gate is not a joke so be prepare for it and you can clear. pay heed on every subject and do previous year papers and saw the pattern of the paper.

Gate preparation can be done with final year

well books by G.k publisher are good but in my opinion you should study from the notes of made easy they are very useful in cracking gate.

Is there necessity to join the tution classes for gate Preparation?

GATE entrance exam is held once in a year,this is conducted by IIT's to intake qualified students for Post graduation course in Engineering,Architecture and Statistical course.This exam score is valid for 2 years.

Eligibility criteria for GATE-2012 exam:
Candidate should have complete graduation degree in Engineering/Architecture/Statistical course.
or
Candidate being in final year with above mentioned course can also eligible for Gate exam.

Important dates for GATE-2012 exam:
Opening date for application form is 12th Sept 2011.
Closing date for application form is 21st Oct 2011.
Exam will held on 29th Jan 2012.

Ya, it is possible, Many toppers dont have any coaching. But you have to do lot of study,

if you want to give the GATE examination in 2013 then you should go to coaching center which provide one of best coaching.Accornding to me,there is one institute i.e.

which provide you the best coaching in gate examination.Here sunil sir giving the coaching who are cleared his gate examination about 6 times.His qualifications are b.tech(cse),m.tech(it),mba(it) and the fee structure is only 2500/-.If you dont want to join some coaching center then prepare youself according to the books.One book is provided i.e. of r.k publisher.
