how to prepare for IES 2013. Suggest Some ideas...pelase give me the details for the same

The acronym for IES is Indian Engineering Service.

IES exam conducted by the UPSC(Union Public Service Commission).

Eligibility criteria:-

The candidate should have to complete Graduation in any one of the stream from a recognised university.

Electrical engineering,

Electronics and Communication engineering,

Civil engineering,

Mechanical engineering.

Percentage is not a matter to apply this exam.

Final year degree students can also be eligible.

Candidate should be a citizen of India.

Age criteria:-

Applicants age should be in between 21 years to 30 years, and there is a relaxation for reservation categories i.e 3 years for OBC candidates, 5 years for SC/ST candidates.

Preliminary examination,

Mains examination,

Personal interview.
