Hi,

How to prepare for ies, i am working already.
daily i am able to study for 3 hrs. and weekends i can study.
i am not getting how to start and where to start. please give me some guidelines.

To prepare or IES all you need is to concentrate on your btech.... rest would be fine... check sample paper regularly.

how to prepare for ies of this year if sarts now onwards?

IES(indian engineering services) will be cracked only if you will have sound knowledge of every topics of B.TECH. you can prepare IES MADE EASY MATERIALS, it is best for prepration of IES.

What need to be done to become ies after engineering

Yes Dear Friend, it is possible. Nothing is impossible in this world. But it is very tough.

You need to be focused. You cannot drift from your goal. The best thing about coaching is that you go there and see your friends trying hard and then you also get motivated to work hard. But if you are at home on your own then you will need to find motivation from somewhere, something that will drive you consistently to keep going for your goals. So if you can do that then it is fine, you will do good in the Exam else it will be very difficult.

As far the preparation is concerned, you need to go through your B.Tech syllabus. You need to be thorough with all the subjects that you have learnt in your B.Tech as most of the questions will come from there only. After that you will need to prepare the General Aptitude section which is comparatively easier.
