i like to present a paper in my field but i have difficulty in preparing a paper can you tell me some short ways to prepare and present a paper

to present a research paper one needs to get registered themselves in a national or international level conference.........
and to prepare for that one needa to study a minimum of 7-8 IEEE research papers.....and prepare according to a standarised format...........
