Can you please suggest me the best book for non technical portion.and current affair.

For the PSu's you can prepare from any recruitment books of which is available in a market.... and also the previous papers of related exam

And according to topics you can check it out or search freom net it self..

And i am sugesting some important books related to non technical topic for PSU's are
R.S.AGARWAL,VERSION TARA.

These books definitely helpful to you.
