No you're not eligible for IAS Entrance Examination. The General category candidate who are aspiring to appear in IAS Entrance examination then the applicant age should be in between 21 years to 30 years. You have to reached 30 years . So you're not eligible for IAS Entrance examination.

Eligibility Criteria:-

>> Candidates must be either Indian Citizens or subject Bhutan / Nepal / Tibetan refugee who have come in India before Jan 1962 with the intention to settle permanently

>>> Applicant must be a degree holder in any desire specialization from any recognized University

>>> Age should be stayed between 21-30 years mark for General category candidates

>> Candidates who belong to SC /ST Category will be relaxed in age upto 5 years and Those who belong to OBC Category will be relaxed upto 3 years

As per the criteria for IAS entrance examination you have not satisfy the age criteria.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
