You have to learn a lot of subject to become a talented civil engineer and after that you have to use your learnt knowledge in every aspect of your work.Then your work will be worthable and you will become a talented one.The thing you must do is learning the subject more concentrately.The source will be text book or any other else,the aim is to gain more knowledge.Then you will be successful in your future.
