How To Prepare For An Interview What exactly an interviewer seeks from a candidate can be understood simply if you consider yourself to be in the shoes of the interviewer.. What exactly would you want from your employees?? You obviously want them to be confident, skillful and be fluent in English so that they can handle clients properly.. You would also like them to have at least a basic idea of what they are applying for and what kind of work they are going to be dealing with.. Nobody expects a newcomer to start acting and talking like a veteran in the field but they at least expect decent knowledge about the field.. Also, a well-mannered candidate so that the work environment and the team coordination in the office works goes well.. Since, you would be expecting this from your employees similarly your interviewer will also be searching for the same qualities in you too.. I have also attached a guide which will provide you with some tips for your interview preparation.. Stay calm and be confident.. all the best.. With Warm Regards Nitz |

How should I prepare for an Interview?
Hello Friend
After searching Google you finally came here to ask your question. Thanks for selecting our website. We are pleased to answer you. You should first know what is Aptitude and attitude Aptitude is your inherent ability to do something if you are trained. Skills starts from training and Practice. When your attitude is poor, no amount of skill or aptitude can help. Success is yours if you have positive mental attitude. Positive mental attitude is nothing but asking people some things like 'I win you win', ' I'm OK you are OK'. Dare to be different - Don't ask why? dare to say Why not?(nothing is impossible) Interpersonal skills - the ability to work with other people Communication Skills - Do speak English with your friends i think it will be difficult to some of them since they will be afraid of comments given friends . but if you are really interested to get placed then you must start talking. Read Newspapers (at least headlines ), watch English news channels. Interview - some sample questions 1. Education - academics 2. Co-curricular activities - events you arranged for you symposium 3. Extra-curricular activities - about games (cricket, football) 4. General Knowledge - recent news 5. Miscellaneous - what is leadership? , team -spirit ? Resume preparation should be simple and clear Thanks for reading my post. God bless you. Get placed and all the best for you future |

To crack an Interview, you must have the following qualities...... Well! interviews are of two types. 1. Technical Interview 2. HR Interview 1. To crack Technical Interview, you should prepare yourself very strongly in the technical part which is required by the Company. You should ask and collect the interview questions of that Company from Internet and from experience guy You also have to study the subjects with well conception, not wholly depending on the collected questions from internet and experienced candidates 2. For the second type of interview i.e. HR Interview, you should have to be confident. You should be well formally dressed you should have good Body Language You should have good spoken English skills.
