sir, i want to know ,how to start the work of project in company.

hi swetha, i dint get what kind of project you are talking about but assuming software project i will tell you in details.
in any software projects or any kind of project there will be set of steps you need to go through step by step
first stem is Requirement gathering from the client you need to collect set of requirements provided by the client.
Analyse all the requirements with your group mates.
Next step is designing the product, you and your team mates will have different perspective according to the project requirements so collect all the ideas and design.
next you have to implement your idea to the design in the case of software you need to implement the codes .
Testing is important after the implementation you need to text the product durability.
last step is deployment, you need to give your finished product to the client that's all
