Yes, you can become a Chartered Accountant after completing your B.Com (Bachelor of Commerce) degree.

Institute of Chartered Accountant conducts this exam in three stages i.e.,
  1. CPT - Common Proficiency Exam,
  2. IPCC - Integrated Professional Competence Course and
  3. Final Course.
Candidates who want to join CA course direct after completing their intermediates (12th) have to undergo these three stages.

Those candidates, who have already completed their graduation in any discipline no need to appear for the first stage exam i.e., CPT exam. They can join directly IPCC course.

As you have mentioned that, you want to join this course after completing your graduation then, you will also eligible to join IPCC course directly without appearing for Common Proficiency Test.

You should have secured at least 50% aggregate marks in your B.com.

Fees Structure:

Course fees may be vary with institution but, here I have attached general fees structure for CA course which will give you brief idea about course fee.

To become complete C.A, you must pass the following three levels as follows.

CPT - Common Proficiency Exam,
IPCC - Integrated Professional Competence Course and
Final Course.

Since , you are already a B.Com holder, you can directly apply for IPCC without CPT.

After successful completion of IPCC, you can apply for Final level.
