How to study M.Com or MBA after completing degree?

sir i am completed my degree in the year 2011 now i am doing job as accountant now i am interest to study. i am in confusion to study m.com or m.b.a or if any other i request you to tell correct solution for my confusion

MBA degree will help you to find a job in managerial sector. After qualifying the course, you can apply for Manager Positions in financial institutions or banks. M.Com degree will help you to move to a higher designation. Both the options are good to build up a rewarding career. Final selection can be done according to your interest.

I got a job in accounting department .I m from arts scream,so i'm confuse which one will be better for me to grow in this field,to study MBA or start again in B.Com
