Yes,You can opt maths subject but note that you may also have to leave one of your subject because under the CBSE rule,
Their is criteria for having special specific number of subject so that we should be one step ahead to our future.
Every school has different Subject as per the teachers requirement so best is that you should ask your class teacher or principal.

hey,i am in 12th-non medical....i had not taken any additional subject in 11th.....but,now i want to take an additional subject....so,is there any criteria of CBSE to take an additional subject in 12th if the student had not taken any additional subject in 11th...????

Is there any special test for mathematics after one passes 12th with Physics, Chemistry and Biology. I am told one can appear in a test after six months of passing 12th to become eligible for Engineering exams..Please suggest.
