Yes you are eligible.The minimum eligibility to gain entry in the Foundation Course is a pass in 10+2 examination or its equivalent in any stream. The course is of 8 months duration.

sorry to say u are not eligible for c.s exam because the min. eligibility criteria for c.s is graduation pass and age limit is 21-30.

After Completing Senior Secondary (12th) Examination in Arts, Science and Commerce Streams are eligible for admission in CS course.

Because To get admission in CS, you have to passed in your 12th examination and after completing 12th, you are eligible for CS Foundation course. The duration of the Course is 8 months.

The Company Secretary course comprises of three program
Foundation Program
Executive Program
Professional Program

Since you have cleared your +2, you are eligible to enroll for the Foundation Program, which will be followed by the other two programs and practical training prescribed by ICSI.

The last date of registration is 28th of February to appear in the examination conducted same year in the month of December and 31st of August for the examination conducted next year in the month of June.

yes you are eligible for cs and below are the criteria.....

-- to join the Foundation program of the Company Secretary Course you need to have successfully pass 10+2 or equivalent in any stream.

The foundation course of CS is an 8 month course...

. After completing the Foundation course you can apply for the Executive program

.-- The candidates who qualified the executive program are eligible for professional programme.

--After completing the professional program in the CS, the you will become the Associate Member of ICSI.

Yes, you are eligible for CS foundation course. A candidate can register for CS foundation course after passing 12th from science and commerce stream. Arts stream student can't apply for the CS.
As Company Secretary has three phase that is.,. Foundation, Executive, and Professionals program
After completion of these three phases you are the associated member of ICSI.
So you are eligible for CS foundation course now.
If you have graduation degree then you can directly register for Executive program.

IT purely depends on the company because if you are looking for level 2 companies then it is ok you can go with CS course

but if your target is top knock company then you have to atleast complete your graduation in any field

and then apply for CS course as it is a company secratary course its

duration is 8 months

after this duration you will become a certified student with an exam conducted

on this i.e. CS exam..

I can suggest you that please do complete your graduation first

and then think up on this because if you complete your graduation then you will have a very wide opportunities then what you have now ..
