I am currently pursuing BE and I am in last year. In order to get job in TCS company we should have minimum of 60% in Board Exams i.e first division. I did my 10th from ICSE board.

My marks in 10th Board(ICSE) are as follows :-

Eng - 62
Hindi - 66
Environmental Ed - 78
History, Civics & Geography - 40
Maths - 54
Science - 46
Computer Applications - 60

By taking Best of Five subjects my percentage are - 64
But my overall percentage are - 58

So am I still eligible for TCS or any other IT company which demands 1st division in Board exams or not?

For considering or calculating percentage of 10+2, best five subjects will be considered.

As your best of five subjects percentage is 64, so you are eligible to appear in TCS written exam.

TCS stands for Tata Consultancy Services is considered to be reputed IT company in India.

Its close competitor is Infosys IT company which also recruits candidates in bulk from engineering colleges.

I'm currently pursuing B.Tech(Electronics & Communication Engineering) & I'm in 2nd year.
My 10th board percentage is 71%. I gave my 10th & 12th xam from West bengal board. But my 12th board no. is---
Bengali-73
English-60
Math-86
Physics-50
Computer science-65
Chemistry-45(but in result this subject is NA(Not Applicable))
So, by taking best of 5 subjects the percentage are-66.80%
But,as the chemistry is NA(not applicable),
So, to 4th year am i still eligible for TCS or any other IT company which demands they not accept any backlog subject?
In my result there are not showing backlog to chemistry, my 12th overall result is pass but chemistry is NA(Not Applicable). Then is it possible???
