Graduates can attend exams like Combined Graduate level conducted by SSC to find a reputed job. Civil services are another good option. Indian Railway often recruits graduates to the position of Assistant Station Master, and goods guard. In banks, these candidates can join to the profile of clerk or P.O. Private Companies selects graduates with experience as Operations Manager, Business Development Manager, etc. Higher education will open up more career prospects.
