I have done B.Sc. (Medical) with 60% marks. I want to know about the physiotherapy courses provided in North Inida (Around Punjab). Also please let me know what are the career options (job possibilities) after these courses.

Aerobics certificate courses are available .. U can become aerobics trainer or start own business with aerobics classes.

U can also go for Yoga trainer certificate courses.
All courses are helpful to start own business.

hi, i'll give some information about physiotherapy .this course is rapidly increasing in India.Physiotherapy/Physical Therapy ( Physio = Physical agents,Therapy = Treatment) is a branch of medical science in which diseases/disabilities are treated with the help of physical means/agents e.g. exercise, electrical equipments like Muscle Stimulator, SWD etc, different types of rays like Infra-red, Ultraviolet rays etc. In the perspective of today's health conscious society Physiotherapy is not only concerned with treating diseases/disabilities rather it has become an indispensable part of healthy living life style. Everybody wants to be fit physically, mentally as well as socially so Physiotherapy provides a niche to all of them.
Physiotherapy is a type of medical science which is used to improve movement dysfunctions, to promote the functions of human body and optimal health. Physiotherapy is an important part of Rehabilitation dedicated to minimize disability among people. It involves the maintenance, assessment, restoration of the physical functions and body performance.

Physiotherapy is an undergraduate course in science. The duration of the course is 3 to 4 years (depending on the University that offers the course). The course study mainly covers the method and techniques used in the eradication of diseases via physical exercises. The modern methods in physiotherapy treatment such as Electrotherapy, Rehabilitation Therapy, etc are also covered under the course. Diverse aspects related to medical science like Human Anatomy, Pathology, Microbiology, Pharmacology, etc are also covered under the course. Upon completion of the course, the students gain skills in maintenance, assessment, and restoration of physical functions of human body.

eligibility
Pass in 12th Class of 10+2 of CBSE or equivalent with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology provided the candidate has passed in each subject separately. A candidate also must have passed in English (core or elective or functional) as a subject of study (core or elective or functional) in the qualifying examination.
