hello sir...
i have qualified GATE 2011 in EC
i have got 31.0 marks with approx 90%ile
my score is valid for two years (15 march, 2013)
can u suggest me the institutes in which i can get admission for M.TECH
and how should i proceed ??
please help...

There are numerous college/university where you can apply for admission with marks of 31 in GATE and 90% aggregate marks in class 12. There are some colleges where you can avail 100% scholarship as well with 90% marks.
