what type of university Jamia Millia Islamia is for engineering and how is the placement of different engineering and on how much package?

Jamia Milia Islamia is very good for engineering as the faculty offers regular courses and continuing programmes.The Faculty has the following departments:

Civil Engineering
Mechanical Engineering
Electrical Engineering
Electronics and Communication Engineering
Applied Sciences and Humanities
Computer Engineering
Jamia Polytechnic


It has laboratories for Applied Chemistry, Applied Physics, Basic Electronics, Computer Programming, Microprocessor, Electronic Devices, Optoelectronics, Communication and Digital Processing. The Faculty plans to introduce postgraduate courses in Geotechnology, Structures, Water Resources, Energy Management, Industrial Automation, Non-Conventional Energy Sources, Industrial Engineering Ergonomics and Digital Systems in the near future.

to all of u jamia is a very good central univers. plus its placement its very good fees is quite cheap highest package 2012 was
38 lakh peran.a and average was 3-6 lakh so if all of u get jamia then dont miss it its really good!!!

i got 150 in mains (2013) and my marks in bitsat is 238 and in vit i got 8k rank...my jamia exam is still left
i do have confidence that i will crack it

Dont go for jamia! Choose nsit or dtu without a 2nd thought ,even IGIT is much much better.
I made the same mistake by weighing jamia above these colleges!
