With a MCA degree you can surely get access to the MNC across the world. But make sure you are thorough with the concepts of the course. In order to find a job you can apply by addressing to the HR of these companies. Also many of the companies like Infosys conduct test from time to time. You need to be on a lookout for such advertisement. Also you could apply through the placement officer of your institute as he should be having contact with the industry.

Different companies have different recruitment rules, some takes only walking interview where some takes first Aptitude test then interview round.

All the course run by IGNOU has its importnace so after it you will be eligible for appearing in Civil service exam since you vecome a graduate.
The other opportunities for you will be proceed further in the same field or do MBA

first of all complete your mca and then you will be elligible for different posts . you can work as computer engineer in private sector. but for that you need good knowledge of programming languages. since you are doing mca through distant learning so i dont think your programming is good. so try to strengthen your programming skill then there are so many jobs available in specially private sector for which you can easily apply and get jobs as well.

Yes you will get jobs in multination company after mca..but u required expert level of programming knowledge for that..Just be innovative in programming..u will definitely get one...

Most of the MNC demand 60% aggregate,math as a main subject in 12 and also a good technical knowledge...
