sir, i have just completed my B.tech food technology, now i want to do job in Quality control department , how to select the companies to apply for job? which companies are good for me for better future? for which post i should apply for?

I am a food technologist having 20 years of experience in various food processing units like canning, spray drying, mineral water and softdrinks factory. Recently came back from West Africa after completion of two years contract period. Where I was working as a plant manager and looking after production, maintenance and quality control area. Now looking for suitable job opportunity. Where I get suitable job with this position?
