KSOU degree is recognized by UGC so you can apply for Karanataka State government jobs. I have attached a document regarding UGC approval of KSOU so please check it out.

Am complete my 10th in karnataka state open University and am joined college and am completed p.u. C and B. Com can I got government job?

student who had completed b.tech from KSOU from 2013 to 2015 are eligible for govt job?
