Can I get job in Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation on compensation basis after completing B.Tech(CE) from KSOU?


I am doing B tech civil engineering from karnataka state open university can I get job after completion in karnataka state road transport corporation. Because my father was a driver in karnataka state road transport corporation on compensation basis i am getting job so please answer me about this.
