I would rather recommend you to purchase the IIT-JEE question papers of 25 years published by Arihant publication. The question of the topics are classified. ie If you want to see the questions from a particular topic then it would be difficult to check each year question paper separately. So you better see the previous question papers topic wise. You can find the 25 year question bank with solution at mostly bookshops. It is available in affordable price.

Apart from the link provided by faiyaz i will like to give a an additional source from where you can get it. Try buying IIT JEE and AIEEE explorer. These books are very comprehensive and you will find previous year papers as well as some practice papers.

For the last 10 years papers of the AIEEE you can see the books of Arihant Publication ,at the end of the book you will get the questions....along with there solutions.

There are lots of books available in the market for the preparation of the competition ,those books contains the previous year papers of both the exams ,

Some of the books among them are Arihant's publication series,Upkar Prakashan's Publication,TMH and lots more like this.......

Do you know what are asking for......! that is impossible.

And by the way what will you do with that 34 years papers, which would be of no use, last 10 years papers are enough for being updated with types of questions asked and level of profeciency.

If you are thinking that just by preparing 34 years papers you will be able to crack IITJEE then its not possible because each year pattern gets changed, some year paper remains easy while tough for some years. And also previously there was Discriptive type questions also included but presently there is no such thing.

So, dont waist your time in searching for that.

I would suggest you to buy a book in which you get more than 10 year question papers

of IIT-JEE. If you want to study a particular chapter then it will be difficult for you to

look through all the 10 year question paper of IIT-JEE. With the help of book you can

easily cover up your individual chapter. Rest the choice is yours!
