For your kind information, There is no direct admission tothe 2nd year b-tech into the Famed institutes- IIT and AIEEE.

But if you still insist, i have jus given you a preview of the question papers just to give you a hint on the level of the examinations and the level of the questions, and most of all to get a Glimpse of the examiner's mind!

My friend has already uploaded certain question papers as you can see in this webpage, and if those ai'nt sufficient, i have uploaded more of 'em for your reference.

You can't get UPTU Previous Question Papers on internet.
Because, they take back their question papers from the students after the end of exams.
However, I would provide you some AIEEE and IIT-JEE previous question papers.
You can download it from following attachments. More papers you will find in different coaching's websites.
