The last date to register for the Foundation Program of Company Secretary course to appear for the December term-end examination is 31st March of the same year.

Now, if you have been planning to appear for December 2012 examination for the Foundation Program, you must have registered yourself for the course on or before 31-03-2012. Since the last date has expired and if you have not registered on or before the prescribed date, you will have to write the term end examination to be held in June 2013 and to be considered eligible for the same, you must register yourself for the Foundation program on or before 30-09-2012.

As far as academic qualification is concerned, you must have passed +2 level of examination conducted by a recognized board. Candidates who have passed +2 examination are considered eligible for Foundation Program of Company Secretary course, irrespective of the marks obtained in the qualifying examination as well as the stream one belong to.

Cut off Dates for Admission to Foundation Stage is
28th March for December Exams in the same year
30th September for June Exam next year


SO, if you take admission by 30th September 2013 in the Foundation course than you can give the June 2014 term end exams

You cannot give the December 2013 Term end exams


Eligibilty to apply for the CS Foundation course is:
>> 12th Pass in any stream
No minimum percentage of marks required in class12th
