Now i am in 12 class with non medical . I am want to join indian army . What is your latest information about NDA and what is last date to fill form in NDA.

National Defense Academy Examination will be conducted by the Union Public Service Commission,for the admission to the Army,Navy and Air Force wings.
There are total 375 posts(Army:208 posts, Navy:42 posts, Air Force:70 posts)
Naval academy:55 posts

Important Dates:-
Date of Notification:-2nd January,2016
Last date of form submission:-29th January,2016
Date of Exam:-17 April,2016

Eligibility:
Candidate must either citizen of India,Bhutan,Nepal etc.
Candidate must be an Unmarried male.
Age is not less than 16 years and not more than 19 years.
Candidate must passed 12 exam in a recognized school.
Candidate must be in good physical and mental health and free from any disease.
Minimum height acceptable are 157.5 centimeters.

NDA - National Defence Academy

NDA is known as one the defence service exam and is being conducted by UPSC (Union Public Service Commission) every year and is held for recruiting applicants in defence services such as Indian Army, Indian Navy, Indian Air Force. This is a golden opportunity for candidates who wish to join in the defence forces right after completing +2.

There are eligibility criteria's which the candidate need to satisfy in order to take up the exam and they include:

• Nationality
• Age limit
• Educational Qualification
• Physical Standard

Having asked for the procedure to join in Indian army through NDA, the qualifications needed are:

-> Candidate should have a citizenship in India.

-> Only unmarried male candidate is eligible.

-> Age limit needed is 16 1/2 -19 1/2 years.

-> Educational qualification needed is candidate should have qualified +2 from a recognized school board of education.

-> The most important criteria is candidate need to be physically fit.

If you satisfy them all then you can apply for the NDA Exam.

Date for NDA I 2016 :

• Release of Notification : 02-01-2016
• Last Date for Filled application : 29-01-2016
• Exam Date : 17-04-2016

Date for NDA II 2016 :

• Release of Notification : 18-06-2016
• Last Date for Filled application : 15-07-2016

Eligibility Criteria

1. The Nationality of Applicants should be the citizen of India.

2. You should not be born before January 1996 and not after July 1998 (Tentative). You age verification will be considered from the mark sheet of intermediate and high school.

3. Only Unmarried candidates are eligible for this examination and candidates be ensure that you cannot marry before the final training completion.

NDA exam or National Defence Academy Exam (I) for the year 2016 will be conducted on 17 April, 2016 (Sunday).

Notifications of NDA (I) is not released yet by UPSC.

However, notifications along with Online Applications will be released on 2 January 2016.

Last date to apply for NDA Exam is 29 January 2016 (Friday).

Results Declaration will be in July-August 2016.

In the coming year approximate 320 posts will be filled through NDA Exam among which:
Army: 208 posts
Navy: 42 posts
Air Force: 70 posts
Naval Academy: 55 posts

NDA stands for National Defense Academy and as the name suggests the academy is meant for providing necessary training and guidelines to those who have cleared the NDA entrance examination and are willing to become officer in the Indian Defense.

NDA has three wings which includes Indian Air force , Indian Army and Indian Navy.

Also the NDA entrance examination is held twice every year by UPSC once in the month of April ( NDA I ) and once in the month of September ( NDA II ) in two stages which consists of Written examination and Service Selection Board interview respectively.

For appearing in the same examination you need to have the qualifications mentioned below :-

* You must be an unmarried Indian male candidate with your age lying within 16.5 years to 19 years.

* You must have either completed your higher secondary school degree or must be in the final year of same degree course from a recognized institution. Students having equivalent degree course are also eligible. Also for joining Indian Air force and Indian Navy you must have PCM as the main subjects of your above mentioned degree course.

* You must have physical and mental fitness as per the service requirement norms.

As far as you are concerned about the last date of applying for the next NDA examination ( i.e; NDA I 2016 ) then it is 29th January 2016 and the application forms will be available by the 2nd January 2016. Also the examination is going to be held on 17th April 2016.

NDA stands for National Defence Academy. UPSC conducts this exam for entry into different wings of Defence at 10+2 level.

Eligibility criteria:

Eligibility for NDA exam:

** Candidates must have passed Class 12/intermediate/10+2/ HSC from a recognized board in India with subjects of Physics and Mathematics

** Candidates aged in between 16 ½ and 19 ½ years as on first day of the month in which the course is to commence.

Exam Pattern:

The exam will be divided into papers i.e. Paper I (Mathematics) Paper II (General Ability Test).

General Ability Test will be further divided into two parts that include English and General Knowledge.

NDA stands for National Defence Service exam. NDA Examination is conducted for 3 wings-Indian Air Force, Indian Navy and Indian Army.

The candidate's who have completed the 12th standard from a recognized board or equivalent exam are eligible for NDA exam. Final year of 12th standard candidate are eligible for NDA exam.

Your age should be in between to 16.5 years to 19.5 years. There is no age relaxation for SC/ST candidates.
