After diploma course, to join Btech course after diploma,you have to clear the ECET in Andhra Pradesh. for admission in IIT's IIT JEE has to be cleared. The entrance exam for state to state changes. To join in private colleges you can directly join into the 2nd year. But in the govt.colleges you have to join in the 1st year only....
