2. Designing skill, aptitude for business, legal knowledge and social awareness.
3. Good mathematical skill.
4. Sufficient knowledge on all aspects of building technology for designing according to customer
5. Leadership and managerial skills and the ability to work in teams;
6. Knowledge of computer for writing specifications, financial management and two- and three-dimensional drafting.
