First thing I would like to let you know that there is no compulsion of Mathematics or any other subjects for banking jobs like bank clerk or bank probationary and the minimum educational qualification required for the same is a bachelor degree in any discipline from a recognized university.

Further for your recruitment as a bank clerk or bank probationary officer in nationalized bank of India you need to qualify bank entrance examinations like IBPS bank examination and SBI bank examination for which the minimum eligibility criteria required are as below :-

* You must have the nationality of India.

* Your age must lie within 20 years to 28 years for the post of bank clerk where as for the post of bank probationary officer it must lie within 21 years to 30 years. Further age relaxation is applicable for reserved category candidates as per the government norms.

* You must good communication skills along with basic knowledge of working on computer.

For more details about above mentioned bank examination you can refer to the link www.ibps.in and www.sbi.co.in.
