To be eligible for NDA exam, for Army wing as well as Air Force wing, qualifying +2 level of exam mandatory but there is no percentage criteria for the same.
If you have qualified +2 with Physics and Maths, you may apply for the Air Force wing of NDA otherwise, you will only be eligible to apply for the Army wing of National Defense Academy.
Though there is no percentage criteria to apply for the NDA exam, there is definitely age limit to apply for the same.
The minimum eligible age is 16 years 6 months.
The maximum age limit is 19 years.

A minimum of 60% is required in 12th class examination for your admission in NDA.
NDA stands for National Defence Academy.
The eligibility criteria for NDA is given below :
1. The candidate must have passed the 12th class examination or any equivalent examination in aggregate with physics, chemistry and mathematics.
2. The candidate must be an Indian.
3. The age limit is 16.5 to 19.5 years.

Hey according to the NDA physical standards a candidate should not be colour blind or have night blindness
secondly Eyesight 6/24 correctable to 6/6 of each eye wearing spectacles
for Tech branch and submarine cadre 6/60 correctable to 6/6 wearing spectacles
6/12 with spectacles for Naval architecture cadre.

There is no minimum marks required for NDA examination . Intermediate is enough to appear for National Defence Academy Examination.

Indian Army :-

12th class with any desire subject from a recognized School or equivalent qualification and there is no percentage bar required for Indian Army examination.

Indian Navy or Air force :-

12th class with physics , chemistry and Mathematics as compulsory subjects of a recognized School or equivalent qualification and there is no minimum criteria for Indian Navy or Air force examination.

Candidates who are appearing in the 10+2(12th) examination can also apply for National Defence Academy examination.The candidate need to submit the proof of original 10+2 exam marks sheet at the time of appearing the SSB Interview.If the candidate failing in their examination then the candidate admission will be cancelled.

There is no criteria of marks required in 12th to join NDA.

NDA- NATIONAL DEFENCE ACADEMY exam conducted by UPSC twice every year as NDA-I and NDA-II for entry in to Indian Army, Navy and Air Force wing of NDA.

The eligible candidate must be an unmarried Indian Male having either appear for the final 12th exam or pass in any stream from a recognosed Board within he age of 16.5 to 19 years with good Physical Fitness.

As you are interested for Indian Air Force of NDA, then you should have Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in 12th standard.

The selection is through written exam based on all objective type questions followd by personal Interview along with Physical Fitness and Medical Test.

For N.D.A you have to pass 12th class with any stream from recognized University or Board.
For Indian Air Force and Indian Navy you have to pass 12th class with Physics and maths.

The is no percentage criteria is N.D.A exam.
The age limit for N.D.A exam is 16.5-19 year..

Entrance exam is held by union public service commission for entering into NDA.
A person should get through physical test also.
Age limit :minimum 16 1/2 and should not exceed 19.

There is no need of a certain % of marks in order to join NDA.

NDA is an Examination which is conducted twice every year by the Union Public Service Commission.

The UPSC has set the following educational qualification that each and every candidate have to fulfill in order to appear in the NDA Exam :

* You must have passed 12th with PCM as your main subjects from any recognized board.

* Appearing students can also apply but only for NDA - I.

To join the NDA or Indian Army you need to be write the entrance exam and for this entrance exam you must be eligible for the entrance exam

Eligibility for the NDA entrance exam :

1. you should be passed the 12th with science with atleast 55% marks from any recognized institute.

2. age must be between the 16.5 to 19 years.

3. Indian citizen.

4. Physical and medical fitness test

there are no passing marks and the result depends on the merit for nda exam.
you only need to pass the 12th grade exam and for nda preparation you should take help from books like arihant and r.d. sharma.
