After 10th it is not possible to become an Air Force officer. You have to complete 12th from Science stream to be eligible for an Air Force officer through NDA entrance exam.
NDA - National Defence Academy exam conducted by UPSC twice every year to join Indian Army, Navy and Air Force. The eligible candidate wishing to join as Air Force officer od NDA, must be an unmarried Indian male having either appear for the final 12th exam or pass with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics from a recognised Board within the age of 16.5 to 19 years with good Physical Fitness.
